What happened to Sweetbird? I would come here all the time for their spicy chicken sandwich because it was the best around the OC area in my opinion. However, the past 3-4 times that I've tried coming it was closed. Their website has inaccurate information regarding their hours and I've wasted my time coming when they said they were open and they weren't. This is really bad customer service. The one time that I did come and it was actually open, the sandwich did not hit the spot. The chicken was not as juicy as I remembered and their buns were very soggy. The chicken they gave was pretty small in comparison to past experiences. Overall, I've given up on Sweetbird due to their lack of communication and unattentive attitude towards their customers. Excellent monster of a chicken sandwich. I got the zesty version which was fantastic. This place is in the basement of the Anaheim Packing House - I've heard parking can be a challenge, but I was there mid-day on a Sunday without any issues

I used to love this place but now they're hardly ever open. This is the 3rd time I've come because the hours on the website and Google say you're open but you weren't. It's Sunday and once again you guys are closed. It is very annoying driving out of my way for nothing 3 times. You should really update your hours if you're not going to be open on weekends either. Super inconveniencing.
