I have lived in the area forever. And forever they have been rude on the phone and in the carryout. They basically hang up on you after you order and never say thank you. I always say I am not going back (for years) but my husband has his cravings so I deal with it. Then there was the time called for delivery and they said cash only for delivery for a regular good tipping customer. So now I grin and bear it and pick it up. I need to find another Abingdon location. I certainly wouldn't be so rude if in their country. Yes I said it!

This is the rudest set of people I’ve ever dealt with. They are mean and nasty and rude for absolutely no reason. I went to pick up my food and the guy at the counter snatched my card out my hands then threw by food on the counter. Just distasteful and nasty. The will NEVER get another penny out of me.

I moved away one year ago. Szechuan Express is the one thing I miss the Most in Abingdon. I have tried about 30 different Chinese Restaurants in my new area and none of them can cook Kung Pao Chicken that can even compare.
