Great BBQ but the restaurant was REALLY cold during our recent visit in January. It made the dine in visit pretty miserable.

Food was great (always has been). 2 stars for service (lack of it). Waited an hour for food. Waitress never said a word. Never apologized. Didn't discount our bill. Nothing. In fact, she forgot to put our order in (heard the other waitress say "we don't have an order for table 10"). Very disappointed by the ser ice of this restaurant.That said, this is the first time this has happened while I have been there. I will go back because the food is delicious. I'm hoping for better service next time.
