I had an order placed through the app bc of the taco lovers pass. I went through drive thru and they told me to pull up to the curb which is where I’ve been waiting for the past 20 mins. Wasn’t even a large order..

this location used to be excellent, but after so much staff turnover, I'm really fed up. I always get the same custom tacos and I always order online so there's minimal chance that the order will get messed up. Will someone please explain to me why my orders have been consistently wrong the past few times? I paid extra for extra toppings I did not get. There is no excuse for that when I order in advance, there should be no miscommunication there. I will not be back to this location and you shouldn't go back, either.

This Taco Bell is just as horrible as the one on Custer and Virginia in Mckinney. I ordered a chalupa and I got it like this… (view picture) I’d recommend they burn this place down and get another business started.
