The worst taco bell in taylor. On 9/9/21 I Placed a pickup order around 9pm for this location and was there 30 minutes before closing, upon getting there the door was locked and nobody wanted to help. Their drive-thru lined was packed but i still waited until 10pm when they told me they were closed. I even told them i had a pickup order and they did not care, even though they made it and everything. I called numerous times and they didn’t pick up the phone. Highly unprofessional way of handling this i believe they all need disciplinary action because that’s not how you treat people. They don’t even have the proper closing times updated on google, which could of easily avoided all of this because i wouldn’t have placed an order to begin with. Apparently they aren’t a pickup spot if their doors are closed before closing time, even though they are listed as a pickup spot. Just bad service altogether.
