The food was good but I feel like it could have been put together a little bit better

12/1/21: I have tried this place again only to be let down. At first everything seemed to be OK but when I got the food back home, we were missing food and condiments. When we returned to taco bell to get my missing items we expressed our concern to the the lady with yellow/orange hair she said I DON'T CARE. Really?!? You're in the customer service line of work. Get a life or a new attitude or new job!! I really wish McDonalds didn't burn down because they would have my business instead of this UNPROFESSIONAL establishment.This won't go anywhere because the management will never respond.Chips tasted like 3 week old grease. I disliked this place when it was a KFC and taco bell because of grease issues. I'll be taking my taco bell...

Hahahaaa! This place is a flippin joke! 3xs I've given them a chance... well this was the last straw. Every single time they forget items! I ordered instore pick up so I could go through my order. BUT the inside was closed even though the app said it wasn't. Had to go through drive thru and pull around. I waited a long time for the food ..they gave a couple twists without asking(however they mixed with my chips in the bag..yum.Lol)Got home and was missing items...AGAIN!! Called n was short with whomever answered bc of past experiences. I told the girl who delivered the missing items(1 burrito and ALL THE SAUCES I requested) that I was so upset bc even single time I've come here im missing stuff and it's very angering!!! She rolled her eyes at me and walked off. I then said " ohh you don't care" and she said while walking off " no I don't care" I replied...
