I dont think Ive ever once gotten everything Ive ordered from here. They never give sauces either. Someone needs to get corporate to retrain these people.

Complete disaster for my order as well. Ordered through app for Veggie Craving box. All the 3 items, burrito, chalupa and taco had potatoes instead of black beans. They never mentioned at the pickup window that they have replaced black beans with potatoes. I had also requested for fire sauce packets. They did not provide any packets. There were no. napkins provided as well. Had a horrible experience in the past at this same Taco Bell. At that time thought that my order was goofed up by accident. But this happened again today. Will never ever visit this Taco Bell again. It was a horrible experience.
