waited an hour for an mobile order, checked in upon arrival, kept asking if my order was ready but never got a response. i told the manager and she said i had to check in and i did, so waited another 15 mins then finally got food. everyone in there was very disorganized and prioritized drive thru above everyone else. i knew not to expect...
