I have been going to Taco Bell for a long long long time and have never been disappointed until I went to this taco bell, after complaining to manager I was told to come back and receive my order redone and for my trouble I would get coupons for stuff, as I couldn't return the same day I was told the next day would be ok by the manager, Rosa, the next day I went there, now this is not about money or trying to get something for nothing, it was about principal. I have been ordering the same stuff Everytime I go and have always been happy until yesterday when I pulled out a flat 5 layer with hardly anything in it, the next day I went back and spoke with the same manager who made the offer, but only replaced the 5; layer, which was better made, but gave me no coupons like she said and made me feel like I was just trying to get something for nothing, customer service has gone out the window and I refuse to eat at this taco bell or any other until à apology is issued, I work hard for my money and only expect what I pay for, and I believe people should be held accountable for what they say and do, hey manger Rosa, I showed you...
