We waited about 20 mins in line, I was fine with that because, I know everyone is short staffed these days. However, despite my being gracious about the long wait, when the worker handed over our food she said, "This was a big hassle".I ordered 5 crunch wrap supremes and a taco party pack. Not sure why we were such a hassle♀️

Horrendous drive through. Why is the lobby closed?? Get it together Taco Bell. 30 minutes in the drive through is ridiculous!

You can’t go in an order, drive through only. This causes them to have long waits.
