I ordered 3 crunchy tacos and every single shell was broken. I also ordered a chicken soft taco and it has 3 ery small pieces of chicken inside. I love Taco Bell and have been to some good ones but this one is ridiculous!

Drive through messed up my order after waiting 20 minutes in the line, made me wait another 20 minutes through the drive through line to get my order fixed! Unacceptable.

Ordered online for pick up inside only to be told when i got there that the lobby was closed. I waited over an hour at the drive through my order wasn't even made. Not to mention what they gave me was wrong. $30 waste in time and money. Poor management. I wont be back
