I went to drive through and one car was ahead of me I sat in line for 40 minutes till the lady behind me let me out of the line. I went next door to Arby's and ordered and got my food and the lady that let me out was still in line at Taco Bell waiting to place her order.

ABSOLUTELY THAT WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE. EMPLOYEES THERE ARE RUDE AND NOT HELPFUL AT ALL. MANAGMENT NEEDS TO GET A BETTER GRIP ON THE EMPLOYEES OR MAYBE GET NEW MANAGEMENT THAT CAN RUN A BETTER STORE.

Monday, Jan 10, 2021. 1:30pm. Website says dining room is open, no signs on doors to indicate otherwise, but doors are locked shut. NOT HAPPY about climbing out and back into my vehicle for nothing on a cold, windy day. I know staff is in short supply everywhere, but this negative review could have been avoided with simple signs on the entry doors.
