I asked for the veggie option on my chalupa cravings box with no cheese or sour cream. My chalupa had meat and cheese. The soft taco had only lettuce and cheese.

I went Thur the drive thru and I told them I had 2 order and they told me I had to come in to place it. So I asked why and she said that they don't do it anymore so I just said okay and went in. I place my order and the girl said its 10.71 and you need to pay with the correct change or if I didn't have it I needed to pay with a credit card. And I said I don't have a card or the correct change and I said when do you go into a fast food place and if you want food you got to pay with the correct change or a credit card? Never in my whole life ! And the girl be hind her said ever since the covid 19 came out we been doing it. Well I know you haven't because I have came here and placed orders and didn't have the exact change just a week ago. . I told her you just lost a 40 dollar order and they all just went on there merry ways. So please let me know if anyone else had this happe...
