Random closing times. You never know when it's open. I've arrived at 7:02pm and been told they just closed. It's ridiculous, pay your staff a living wage and maybe you'd have people.

Last time I been to this place. Dinner time kids were waiting for food, they messed up my order. I went back after 10 minutes and they told me they are closed and cannot replace my order or give me refund and told to call 800 number to get refund. What a joke

Always jam packed at lunch time. Doesn’t matter what day it is this place is packed. Line always wraps into Home Depot parking lot. And for whatever reason when you say no sour cream please, they still put it on the burritos. And why can we not eat inside yet? You can dine in everywhere else in Novi/Plymouth but you can’t inside a Taco Bell?
