Night shift workers literally don't work or serve customers

Very rude service. Ordered through the app for dine in pickup. Arrived at the restaurant to find a sign pasted on the door that it's drive thru only (no reason provided). Called to have my order cancelled or brought out because there was nothing via the app that said i could not pick up my order via dine in and there was about 15 cars in line. Manager refused to cancel my order or even bring it out to my car to make up for the confusion. Location used to be good but...
