Multiple times over the last several months we've placed an order, go to pick it up, and they refuse to answer the drive thru and have lobby doors locked. It'll be an hour or more before closing. Employees have even seen us out there and still refuse to acknowledge we're at the window or speaker box. When I try to call, no one has ever picked up, not a single time. Food is amazing but the wait time is getting a little ridiculous. Waited in line for almost 45 minutes for a cravings box. I love Taco Bell but staff is in need of some help to get orders out faster
