Drive thru wrapped around the building and they refuse to open the front counter. Scared sissies. I wouldn't wait an hour for good food much less Taco Bell.

They seem incapable of getting your order correct - even when it is reflected correctly on the screen/ receipt and repeated back to you. I don't want free taco coupons or cinnamon sticks - just do the bare minimum and get an order correct.
