Every. Single. Time. I. Order. There. Are. Several. Items. Missing. EVERY TIME!!! I know it's usually just kids working but seriously, how hard is it to look at a screen and put the items listed in a bag? I have ordered from the Taco Bell in New Lebanon and they never mess up. I guess it's worth the drive to New Lebanon to be sure I get all the items I've paid for.

My worst Taco Bell experience ever in my life. The cashier was impatient taking our order. After receiving our order I was shorted a hard taco. I had no receipt to prove it. My husband's crunchwrap had charred food bits on the outside and we overlooked it, but I got halfway through my crunchwrap and noticed I had charred food bits on the inside. Gross!
