They were backed up so I had to be parked which was no biggie but the staff were really trying hard to get stuff out asap and yet they were still nice as can be

Workers are incomodent and need retraining so they know the difference between a hard and soft taco. Then the girl an Jacob want to have verbal argument at the drive thru window when a customer brings back the wrong tacos to exchange for the right ones and she tries to tell you the TB policy states that a regular taco means a soft taco. Never had this problem in all my yrs at any other taco bell, I avoid this one like the Plague and be sure to put a shout out on the radio and paper about this poor service.
