Makes no sense to have dine in closed when you’re lines are taking up the ENTIRE parking lot. This is the ONLY working tacobell in miles and still works slow and is super inefficient. Other locations around island have open dine in OR carry out. If it’s Manning hire your growing unemployed population. If it’s broken, fix it. Simple solutions to perhaps non existent problems, or if they are real, take minimum brainpower to manage. You also are only open 10-5, there’s no way you are short staffed for 7 hours. One shift. Despicable.

Our order was wrong twice, then we we got home TWO of our meals had hair in it.

Made a big order which was to include a 12- pack Cinnabon delights. I called back to see what happened cause I didn't get it and the worker insisted that it was in there. I'm a huge fan of Taco Bell and wouldn't be calling back saying I'm missing my dessert unless it's missing. I'm looking and my bags wide open with no Cinnabon box in either and she says "I packed it myself, it's in there, look again". I'm not mad just upset she didn't even give it a second thought. Also, I had to call twice cause the first time I said hello I'm missing food she hung up on me. Don't know who she was but I'd hate to be her significant other.
