Ordered on app for drive-thru, got there and line for drive-thru was crazy long. Went inside, told them my name and they got me fixed right up quick

The food is usually good but I ordered chicken on everything and only one item was actually chicken. I repeated it several times and told them beef made me sick and they still did it. Taco bell is one of the few places that has decent chicken. I am very disappointed... Sadly this is not the first time this has happened.
