The drive through line is horrible… it took an hour to finally get our order in. Taco Bell can do better

If I could give lower than one star I would since I was in the drive through line forever yesterday only to find out there was no one there - no one to take orders, or anything. There were a line of cars all just sitting at the speaker waiting for someone to wait on them. The restaurant was empty. Horrible.
