I had a pick up order for uber eats. Had to wait in line behind 6 cars even though the order was ready! A little empathy and customer service is needed big time!

The cashier couldn't understand English well so took around 7-9 tries to understand order. Even after, still mistake. 3rd try coming here and everytime they mess up big.

There is no sign anywhere that says dining room is closed, on the contrary both doors say "Dine-in Open Come on in" so you walk to the doors to find both closed, it's 4pm!" Girl inside signals you to drive thru...heck no, we get back in our car and go to the Taco Bell on Bellaire and 99, which is actually open.
