Consistently I order a crunch wrap with just meat for my wife that cannot eat dairy. They messed it up and just made a normal crunch wrap with everything normally on it. I checked the bag for that one thing before leaving and noticed they messed up. I alerted someone that this happened and they said no problem. I told them that my wife CANNOT have dairy so a crunch wrap with just meat. Needless to say I bring the new crunch wrap home for her and it’s smothered in cheese….. just how

I can’t have dairy. My husband consistently orders a crunch wrap for me. And I’m gonna say 9/10 times I can’t eat What he brings back. And I mean the “CORRECTED” ORDERS….he will check before he leaves has to reorder then he assumes the second time the order is placed it couldn’t possibly be wrong. This Taco Bell has the worst service . All we want is a tortilla with MEAT and they manage to mess it up every time.

Listen, it's one thing to make you wait 15/20+ minutes on the drive thru, it happens, and when it's busy, missing people in line happens, it's not really acceptable since it's your job to take people's orders and not just skip over them, but then when they have to shamefully give your order to them at the window to pay and hold the rest of the line up, you don't mess up the order as much as you could! I wanted 2 chicken quesadillas, extra 3 cheese, no jalapeño. they gave me 2 steak quesadillas, no extra cheese and they left the jalapeño sauce on, judge me all you want for my food choices but it was done completely wrong after already not taking my order on the drive thru line that I already waited 15+ minutes beforehand for! Never going to the Selden Taco Bell again.
