Is this location even still open? The lights were on, but when I went through the drive through, I waited a bit but no one ever greeted me. I left my car and went to go order inside but the lobby was closed. I waited for a little longer and then decided to leave. If it is still open, they've made it impossible to order food there..

No dine in. Speak via speaker not clear and rude. Good OK as usual

Echoing another reviewer's sentiment that this is "The worst Taco Bell in Seattle". I've been here probably a dozen times, and more than half of those they have messed up my order in some way. Three of those times they were out of something (e.g. nacho cheese, sauce, etc.). And on another three occasions, they were closed unexpectedly during posted hours. In fact, one time they even closed while I was in the drive through (this was at 7 pm or something). So the whole line of cars just sat there for 10 minutes confused, and everyone who did a mobile order (including me) was charged and got nothing. I'd love to go into the store to ask for a refund, but every time I've gone since their lobby is "closed for maintenance". Any of these issues *might*, *maybe* be excusable (I get it, it's covid, staff are short, etc. etc.) if only a single employee at this Taco Bell had ever been polite, courteous, or apologetic. But no, apparently the burden is on you, the customer, to justify why you should receive food and service in exchange for currency. Seriously, just don't go here. Make the drive to another Bell if you have to have that Crunchwrap.
