Ordered online on Sunday December 5th, only to arrive and find the store closed. No worries, right? Just cancel the order? No go. Order wouldn't cancel, Taco Bell hasn't responded to our support request after 3 days and they haven't refunded the money back to the credit card. We like Taco Bell, and the app has menu items you can't get by just going to the restaurant. I know there is a huge worker shortage problem, but there has to be a way for a store to show that it is closed for whatever reason. This is not the first time we have gone to this particular restaurant and found a note on the door and the drive through saying they are closed, but this is the first time we have been charged for the privilege. Taco Bell, please get your act together!
