Ive always liked tacobell but 2 times in a row i was denied the meal I orderd online becasue some one put a traffic cone in front of the drive through and locked the door. I even tried calling them and they answered made some weird noise and hung up

Horrible service. I was outright told I couldn't add a soft taco at the window because the staff didn't feel like adding it, and that I should've ordered it to begin with. I know I can't expect much from taco bell but wow your employees couldn't be much more disrespectful
