This was the absolute worst service I have received at any Taco Bell. I ordered on the app had to go to this location because the other location I prefer was temporary closed. I picked up my order like normal however when I got home I noticed there was several problems. 1: they forgot a soft taco 2: they forgot the beefy 5 layer burrito 3: the crunchwraps were burnt (generally just messed up) and parts were so burnt we couldn't eat 1/3 of it. 4: the Cinnabon delights 12 pack was squished and the bag is gooey. (Photo attached) When I had my boyfriend call them to see what they could do. A snotty lady answered the phone and told him she made the order herself and there was no way anything was missing. She wouldn't refund it but we could drive back for a remake. (Mind you it's 1:40am and they close at 2am) I can't drive back tonight however she kept insisting nothing was wrong and we just "didn't look good enough". They definitely need to have this location trained again. This is terrible customer service. And we won't be back to this location.
