In these supply chain issues day, it is not uncommon to find a restaurant out of certain items. It is an annoyance for sure, but good customer service goes a long way to make it less of a problem. Kudos to Kat, who was courteous and helpful. She offered an alternative that was not quite as good, but satisfactory. I did appreciate the kinds words and fast service.

Not usually a big fan of fast food, but I really enjoyed my meal at Taco Bell. And by the way, if you ever need any help, ask for Kat. She is fast, polite, and seems to know her stuff. I went in and ordered the Mexican pizza I had gotten the last time I ate there. Kat informed me that they no longer carried it. I wasn't sure what to get. She made a few suggestions. The Beef Burrito Supreme was yummy and good and hot. And she managed to pull it off quickly, so the guy behind me didn't have to wait.
