does no one answer the phone ever? terrible service. confuses a black bean vegetarian crunchwrap with a meat crunchwrap ? how? go to the new one in freeport, they actually know what they’re doing.

This place is always extremely busy with long wait times. HOWEVER, THEIR FOOD IS ALWAYS GOOD. With the exception of not giving me a refund for the frozen drinks after i paid for them.......since the machines are broken..... they still make my order exactly as asked. Their potatoes are always crispy in my burrito. Basically, the long 40minute lines are worth it because this is best taco bell I've been to.
