11:40am drive thru girl had an attitude, but at the same time, this is the best Taco Bell on the east side compared to the nearby ones which is why I'm giving them 3 stars. However, they slow paced and had me and another customer waiting at the front of door blocking other customers trying to leave

There's a African American female here with the nastiest attitude. I requested not to pull up and she slammed the window in my face shortly before saying she wasn't going to argue with me. Little did she know there was nothing to argue about. And there wasn't an argument to be had. I waited 15 minutes to order only to get asked to pull up. They serve the orders off the screen before actually handing them out the window. And there's no place to pull up for cars. Go somewhere else if its during the day. Yu don't want to be back late from lunch break or get mistreated by an unprofessional employee. Got all the way home and my food was burnt. Smh. Go to Wallisville Rd location. They're always nice!Funny how the Taco Bell owner only responds to compliments too. Now I see all the complaints about service and none of them are being addressed. I will be sticking to street tacos. This is TX and yall tried it!
