Taco Bell in Winston-Salem

If I could give zero stars I would, this is hands down the worst Taco Bell ever and that's saying something. I come to this Taco Bell frequently due to the close proximity to my child's practice location. On multiple occasions same time, same night of the week they tell me that it will be 30 mins for chicken, beef, or steak. So this time I waited 30 mins just to see. Came back went to the drive thru and they tell me they aren't taking orders for 15 mins. I said why?! The girl said because they're waiting on meat. I said I was here 30 mins ago when you told me it would be 30 mins for meat. I said I want your manager's phone number. She said very rudely ma'am what do you want us to do if we don't have meat. I said well considering this is the same excuse I've gotten at least 4 different times same day and time of the week I don't believe you and I want your managers number. She said we don't have a number, I said okay is there a manager there now. She said yeah I am the manager. I said okay what about an owner, nope apparently no owner and no number. I said what is your name she said Jessica, I said sure it is. This location is literally throwing money out the window paying people to do nothing. They pick and choose when they want to do orders or be open. Can't tell you how many cars I've seen leave on multiple occasion...

I came here to pick up a doordash order at 9pm. Store closes at 2am. Got there to get the order but the employees said they decided to close early and they weren’t going to make it. I had to call customer and have his order cancelled.

I went to this location at 10pm and was told that they are only doing online orders
