Taco Bell in Albuquerque

I absolutely hate leaving a bad review, but I am so tired of my order always being wrong and missing items. I feel like the only reason this location stays in business, is because they only give you half of what you paid them for. I am ashamed of myself for continuing to give them my money, for food that I don’t receive. I may as well flush my cash down the toilet. I am also tired of coming home, thinking I have dinner, and seeing my kids disappointed, because their food is what is missing, this time. I prefer when it is mine, so I don’t have to go out and get something else, so my kids won’t be so disappointed. You can’t call to have it corrected, you can’t go inside to have it corrected, and if you try to go through the drive through again, you get told you are lying and/or treated like garbage. Whoever is responsible for the operations and standards of this location should take some pride in their business and at least try and teach some basic level skills to their staff. Being able to count to 12, in order to assemble a taco 12 pack, should be a job requirement and taught during the training process. Food was good

Excuse my cracked mirror. But we came to Taco Bell on 12/23/2021 - the day before Christmas Eve. We waited in the line for about 5 minutes before I got up to the speaker to order, and that’s when the employee rudely states, “we are currently closed.” Mind you, they had just served about 3/4 other cars ahead of us, and by the time we got to the machine it was 10:23 - - - I highly doubt they closed at 10:20, maybe more like 10:30? Either way - we got stuck in the line and have been waiting for about 10 minutes now as we are unable to back out with a line of traffic behind us, ajd unable to leave as the truck at the window has been waiting for his food for about 5 minutes now. We are very frustrated, tired, and hungry, and to not be served after waiting over 10 minutes in line before being told they were closed - we were not even offered a drink. We are currently still stuck in the Taco Bell drive through as we are unable to back out or pull forward. Very. Very frustrating. I guess the San Mateo Taco Bell would be better as they never mess up my orders and there food is always okay. Will not be coming back here - mind you!!! If the employee would have been nice about it, we wouldn’t be so frustrated.
