Lady on speaker was very rude after I asked for a item that isn't on the menu but never has been a issue before. She rudely replied with that's another taco bell. Once we asked to speak to a manager and her name she said that she was the manager and wasn't gonna give us corporates number or her info. I work in actually food service for 20 years not fastfood and she did not conduct her self as expected even if having a bad day
