This is not our first visit here. The portions are skimpy. The cashier was nice. Just portions was the issue. Won't be going back.

Food is always delicious, sometimes a wait but always worth it. Friendly staff and fair prices, not a whole lot more you can ask for.

Probably the best food truck in the entire state of New Mexico. The food is incredible and it's the only place that I know of that carries authentic Birria de Chivo. Many places claim to carry Birria, but it's usually the non-traditional beef variety Taco Bus on the other hand is the real deal using actual goat meat. Beef Birria is still a good dish, but it doesn't really compare. Taco Bus offers a great snap shot of authenticity and a glimpse of what regional Mexican food really tastes like.
