When Taco Cabana was Two Pesos, the food was EXCELLENT! It remained so good after years becoming “Taco Cabana” but now in the last few years the food (at least the cheese enchiladas- my fav) are a disgrace. The people are super nice, the staff and atmosphere, but the food is horrible. Doesn’t taste fresh and can just tell there are so many chemicals now in it. So disappointed, again so I decided to do a review. Won’t be coming back. My cheese enchilada (was my fav food here) is very hard, I can’t even cut it. The cheese tastes like nothing.
