I placed an online order for my husband and I to be ready for pick up at 8:15pm. I arrived at location and it took about 15 min for me to get acknowledged only for them to say my order was not ready yet. I told them ok I will be back and left to buy 3 items that I needed from foodtown. I came back to taco cabana and had to wait another minute then my order was given to me @ 8:46pm. I looked at the bag saw two food containers said thank you and walked out. Once home my husband opens the bag takes out the food container that belong to him and before I could get to the table he says " hun why didn't you get anything?" I replied what do you mean and saw that I only had one order in the bag, immediately I grab the food container place it on the bag and take off. Once at the restaurant it took again around 10 min to get acknowledged then I told them I'm sorry this order is incomplete. The lady looks at the receipt and says "what do you mean" while she gave me a crazy look so I replied I'm missing and order she looks back at the paper and says no you don't to which I get my phone and show her a screenshot of my order and what I paid. She then said you paid for one only so I said ok so an enchilada plate cost $21.52 she said no then finally realized that I was missing food tells me she can make it but has to finish all the orders she has first if not to call corporate to get my money back. I did ask for the number but was getting no answer at all just like when I called the restaurant before ordering online it always went straight to voice-mail. I ended up...
