I am giving the Taco Cantina 2 stars because the food is definitely edible, but so is the food I cook at home. Tonight I paid a good amount of money (we're at the one at the Casino in Ridgefield) for some "real Mexican" like their sign says... well, this is Taco Bell at best. The tacos lacked flavor, the beef seemed to lack a few ingredients to truly make it picadillo, and to top it off, our chips for our nachos were bottom of the bag. The cheese and the guac were good, but I will definitely not be stopping here next time I'm craving Mexican.
