Amazing food, and a lot of if. I'm not a big fan of Mexican food, I tend to prefer Asian or Italian. Taco Roco was a very pleasant surprise. The vibe is excellent and local, which is very surprising for a mega mall. What really sold me on the place is that they offered fish and chips, which is something you don't see usually at a Mexican restaurant. I got The Whole Enchilada in chicken and was impressed by how it lived up to it's name. Good thing I was really hungry because it was huge meal. I nearly went into a food coma after eating it. I also got some tea to go with the meal which was quite good. I like it when restaurants provide unsweetened teas. It was not chilled but I just got more ice. If tea isn't your drink they have rounded up the usual suspects of Coke fountain drinks and Jaritos sodas. Of course there is beer as well. It's a really nice hole-in-the-wall restaurant with a great staff. Highly recommend.
