Tripa taco was undercooked(very greasy). Asked if they could cook it a little bit more and the girl said they couldn't. And they're stingy on the rice and charro beans.

This place is not what it used to be. Been visiting once every couple of months for years, but I will never go again. The quality of food has gone down a lot since they’ve moved from the bus. No longer worth the money or wait. Who ever is managing is cutting cost by cutting quality and it shows.
