Best tacos I’ve had in Seattle and it’s not even close. As someone who grew up in the Sonoran desert, I was thrilled with how authentic and delicious this place is.

As someone born and raised in LA, I am particular about my tacos. I was intrigued to try Tacos Chukis after working up an appetite at MoPop nearby. I ordered 1 of everything and was particularly impressed by the tacos de nopales and asada. I especially liked the flour tortillas. All of the food here tasted fresh and clean & didn't leave that greasy-heavy feeling afterwards (typically only necessary when you've been drinking!). The inside of the place was so cute too with breezeway blocks and a nice set up of tables. The staff were busting their asses off to get food out quickly and efficiently. Pricing for the portions was excellent. I really wish there were more fast casual places like this in LA. I would definitely recommend this as a filling and inexpensive meal to hold you over.
