Tacos were ok. The birria tacos were better. Service could improve. 1 server for the whole restaurant

I have to add...they added birria with queso tacos, and oh my God, they are amazing. 3 tacos and the consomè. CRISPY, fresh, and flavorful. I also tried these at gringos, and a food truck place with high reviews, and these at tacos la Bala were much better. The thing with Birria is that they have to be crispy, and other places aren't crisping them up in the oil. They're dipping the tortilla in the red liquid but there isn't enough oil for a crisp, so they're soggy instead. Healthy? No, but you're not going for healthy on this delisciousness.
