Ordered Wintermelon Milk Tea, asked for the least amount of sweet can be. Somehow received a brown regular milk tea. And when I addressed it, they refused to remake the drink. Their option is either "replace or upgrade the drink". I chose to replace. The staff then stated "we cannot do that". So now confused, why bother offering the option. It's literally Boba Milk Tea. Apparently the establishment is too cheap to replace a drink. Safe to say, won't return.

Drinks were decent-- ordered an almond milk tea and peach lychee green tea. Definitely would adjust the sweetness lower. The food was a huge disappointment. Paid $3.10 for one spam masubi and it was almost inedible. The rice was stiff and stale. Not sure if it's the wrong sticky rice they're using or if it was just old. The popcorn chicken ($6+) was not crispy at all and came out almost soggy. Will not be ordering food from here again.

I come here more often than I will dare to admit lol but I am telling you it's the one of the best boba places I've tried. Their prices are fair, service is always quick, and the drinks are delicious. Their egg rolls and the dipping sauce are delicious!
