I've ordered food from Taike twice now and each time I love it. (Note: currently they only do takeout, no dine in due to COVID) I love how authentic the food is, takes me right back to Asia. It's rare to find Taiwanese sausages and snacks like popcorn chicken and bento boxes. Sending all my love and support to local business!

This is our favorite place to go to for Taiwanese bento boxes. First off, the portions are generous. The popcorn chicken is juicy, flavorful and never over-battered, and the sides are delicious. The Taiwanese sausage is the closest I've found to our aunt's homemade sausages and nothing like the thin, dry, store-bought sausages at our Asian markets. And the sausage portions are generous, as well. While a lot of Taiwanese places will only serve pickled veggies with their bentos, I love that Taike changes up their veggie sides and that they're always freshly sautéed. The braised egg that comes with the bento is flavorful and never dry, and the yummy braised pork served on top of the steamed rice reminds me of home. Speaking of home, the lady who we always see working at the counter offers the sweetest, most thoughtful customer service and is always a joy to talk to... she seems to treat everyone like family. In a thoughtful effort to be more eco-friendly, Taike uses compostable straws for their bubble teas, which are more brittle than regular plastic ones. I accidentally cracked mine and went back inside to ask for another. Despite being super busy at the counter, this sweet lady helped me, apologized (not even her fault!), and gave me not one, but two straws. Every time I've been back for bubble tea since (my favorite is the Taike green milk tea w/ boba), she still remembers me and always packs a backup straw. The only negative thing I can say about Taike is that I wish they were on the eastside, closer to me.

I absolutely love this place. This used to be Share Tea, but I like them much better as Taike Kitchen. My favorite is the popcorn chicken. It's the best! I'm a simpleton when it comes to my milk tea. I always get the original with no boba, no sugar with regular ice. The best part of this place is the lady that always works there. She is really friendly and has great customer service. She also will remember you. I went in there for the first time in months yesterday and she remembered my order. I was shocked because it had been so long. She always has a smile on her face an upbeat attitude and she deserves to...
