Wonderful food, seriously the best Greek fries I've ever had- me and my friends love to spend time in here and split a plate of the large 'Taki's Greek fries' which are not just cheese and potato like you may expect. The Greek rice pudding was great- it really changed the game compared to other rice pudding i've had. This business knows what they're doing and they never fail to impress me. I hope to stay for music and dancing one of these nights. my mother and I dined here one night and even got free desert. lovely estab...

Their falafel is delicious! And the moussaka and Greek fries with feta on top You generally get a LOT of food for what you order. One comment that the veggie platter had just one spanakopita and two dolmathes so didn't seem worth the price of the platters (compared to a falafel platter that has 7 falafel)

Taki's Mad Greek has EXCEPTIONAL food, which is the reason for the 4 stars.  We ordered the Falafel appetizer, Gyro platter (with the Horiatiki salad) and the Spaghetti Mizithra (with the Caesar salad).  The portions were plentiful, well spiced and perfectly cooked.  We got the baklava and Greek rice pudding for dessert - both delicious. Now for the reason for the minus 2 stars.  The service.  Let me start by saying there were probably 8 tables of 2 to 4 diners the entire time we were there.   We walked in to a sign saying "Please Wait to be Seated".  We waited.  After a few minutes, the waitress told us to "Sit anywhere".  I grabbed two menus from the host/hostess stand and we went to sit down.  Before I had even removed my coat, the waitress was at our table, removed the two menus that I had brought over, and set down two IDENTICAL menus for us to use.  She then told us she would be back to tell us about the specials.  We perused the menus for a while, then my husband got her attention to ask if she was coming back to tell us about the specials.  She proceeds to tell us about the specials, but not the prices on them.  One sounds interesting, so my husband inquires.  We pass on the specials and order.   Our appetizer and salads were out quickly, but the entrees seemed to take forever.  The waitress never refilled our water glasses, and never came back to check on us after bringing the entrees.  We waited about 15 minutes after finishing our meals, got the waitress' attention and ordered dessert.  It...
