Excellent meal. This rivaled some of the best Japanese I've had in Michelin star restaurants in Japan and New York.

This restaurant's customer service is broken.When there's literally zero reservations open for weeks on end, even as they open up at midnight, it's clear that people use bots to cheat the system.The restaurant also has zero customer engagement available. Emails go unanswered and the phone number is a pointless recording.

Finally tried the Kaiseki dinner my wife promised to take me prior to the pandemic and it definitely did not disappoint! The creativity of the chef was amazing and the flavors all melded together well. Every bite was delicious and deserved the ooh's and ahh's. Taneda was one of the hardest reservations I have ever tried securing but definitely worth the effort. My wife and and I were on our phones for 4 weeks straight at midnight trying to get a reservation and were relieved when we finally secured 2 seats. Our whole short Pacific Northwest trip was planned around these dinner reservations. And happy to say, my tummy left Seattle happy!
