Food was tasty! Small but good drink menu... got the pretzel sampler and fish and chips and the crab chowder soup... also they send you a link on your phone so you can order and pay by yourself and they deliver the food... 2 employees came to check on us which was nice. Place looks clean and I loved the decor :)

Slightly hidden away from the bustle

A little more upscale than its downstairs neighbor, Tankard & Tun didn't disappoint. We wanted a leisurely and somewhat quiet place to catch up with friends. Nice decor, good views, and really nice flatware and glassware if you're into that! Creative cocktails, some with local ginger beer from Rachel's on Post Alley. Decent beer of course. We tried gazpacho with smoked mussels and the clam chowder. Both were very good. Scallops were well prepared. Halibut fish and chips stole the show. Perfect crust, yet moist inside. So fresh. Not a cheap brewpub lunch but so, so good.
