First of all, the Manhattan with maple bourbon was fabulous. The mushroom ravioli was oozing with creative flavors while the braised short rib was as tender as a fond young lover’s dream.

We ate at the bar. They told us they didn’t serve food until 12:30. Ok we got a drink and waited. That was ok but when it hit 12:30 other people came in and got served first. Gave our order cheese board and mussels. waited a long time because the kitchen wanted to serve both at same time. Bar tender finally went in back and told a red haired woman to give us cheeseboard. Finally came out cheese was not as it used to be so hard we couldn’t cut it. I thought it may have been frozen or seemed to be. Mussels came out and they were good. I complained to manager who had just been yelled at by another man who was unhappy with dining. We have stayed at hotel bethlehem and have eaten there many times. This was awful we will not be back.
