We are devout. Life long fans of this restaurant. My guess is that we eat here 3-4 times a month. Tonight was a big miss though. We called in for some takeout. Confirmed the order and time for 5:30pm pick up. When we arrived they told my wife they screwed up and didn't put in the order. That's not really the big screw up though. Mistakes happen right? It's how they handled it. They told her she'd have to sit in the restaurant and wait another 20-30 mins for it to be prepared?!?! No offer to get it done quick. No offer to compensate my wife for a 1 hour round trip drive(gift card or something). Nothing. Just we screwed up and now you sit down and wait. I'm rea...
