Tried to order earl grey milk tea over the phone, which it was specifically on your menu website, and the person who pick up the phone, saids "we are tapioca Alhambra, we don't have that. "Do you not read what is on your menu? So unprofessional.

For affordable/middle of the road tea shops, I like Lollicup, Tapioca Express & Quickly. Although I patronize the newer and better tea shops more frequently, I'm glad to find Tapioca Express still open for business. I thought they didn't make it through the whole covid ordeal. My favorites here are their fresh fruit drinks with milk, such as Watermelon Milk, Honeydew Milk & Papaya Milk. Occasionally, I'll get their boba milk tea (prefer the smaller tapioca more than boba if they have it) & Fried Snacks.

In the neighborhood for some boba fix and usually frequent Tapoica Express more than the newer boba shops. Order the go to Jasmine Milk Tea with mini boba.   Not too sweet, smooth flavor: nice and cold with just the right amount of ice. Something new caught my eye: Chi Chi Fries lol Cheese Chiken and fries doesn't look like the advertise item with shredded cheese on top due to it being piping hot right out of the kitchen.
